Filming on location in Padua, Italy, we tell the story of Lorenzo's cancer journey from a boy of seven years old with stage 4 lymphoma, to adulthood, where a re-lapse has occurred.

The lifesaving drug Lorenzo needs is Somatostatin, now produced by Hikma. Lorenzo's treatment of Somatostatin ended when he turned 18. It's an expensive treatment and not available on the Italian health service.
